 We are a Bronx Based Business serving NYC and surrounding areas with installations of cabling infrastructure and other ITS/Telecom services. The heart of our business is based around cabling infrastructure. We provide 4 tier levels of services for all Small business clients from 1 user to 500 users. We are a community driven organization that trains many of our techs from ground up with philosophy of promoting within.
1. The 1st tier level of service is for the Micro Shop (Less than 25 users)( 1site 1 floor )
1.1. We provide Consultation on what telephone services you should buy and if contracted can coordinate with local providers to have services installed (Phone lines, Data circuits, DSL, Cable modem)
1.2. We can maintain and monitor all telephone provider functions such as repairs , upgrades, and change service and providers for a monthly retainer.
1.3. We work with your Architect/General Contractor on the schematic of your location and draft the best cabling schematic for you (can be done in conjunction with Architect plans or after)
1.4. We install your entire Voice and data cable infrastructure (this includes cable for wireless antennas)
1.5. We can sell install and maintain your phone system (KSU, PBX, or VOIP)
1.6. We can offer you extended Warranty on your Telephone equipment for a fixed fee that also allows you priority and discounts on our other services.
1.7. We can install and maintain you networking equipment (Routers, Switches, Hubs, Wireless Access points)
1.8. We can maintain most of your site and coordinate all efforts with IT department (in house IT department or offsite IT department) for a monthly maintenance fee.
2. The 2nd tier level of service is for Service is for Midsize shop (26‐100 users)( 1 site 1 floor )
2.1. We work with your Architect/General Contractor on the schematic of your location and draft the best cabling schematic for you (can be done in conjunction with Architect plans or after)
2.2. We install your entire Voice and data cable infrastructure (this includes cable for wireless antennas)
2.3. We can sell install and maintain your phone system (KSU, PBX, or VOIP)
2.4. We can offer you extended Warranty on your Telephone equipment for a fixed fee that also allows you priority and discounts on our other services.
3. The 3rd tier of service is where we shine the most this is where we installing on the growing enterprise (101‐300 users)(1site multiple floors)
3.1. We work with your Architect/General Contractor on the schematic of your location and draft the best cabling schematic for you (can be done in conjunction with Architect plans or after)
3.2. We install your entire horizontal cabling infrastructure Cat 3 Cat5e Cat6 cat6a or Fiber optics (this includes cable for wireless antennas)
3.3. We install your entire Vertical cabling infrastructure this includes Fiber optic application (full mesh, partial mesh, ring topology)and Voice cable (25 pair, 50 pair, 100 pair, 300 pair and all between)
3.4. Provide all documentation and certification to job Superintendent and or General Contractor for final Sign off.
4. The 4th tier is really for customers moving towards the Mid enterprise (301‐500 users)(multiple sites, multiple floors).
4.1. We work with your Architect/General Contractor on the schematic of your location and draft the best cabling schematic for you (can be done in conjunction with Architect plans or after)
4.2. We can mostly sub contract pieces of these size jobs as we are not currently set up to handle these more than sub contracting and consulting.
